Book a visit

The form below is the whole booking. It takes a couple of minutes, it does not ask for payment, and nothing is charged until a technician has seen the refrigerator and told you what the repair is.

What the form asks,
and why.

  1. The appliance and the fault

Which refrigerator it is and what it is doing. This decides which technician comes and what they bring.

  2. A window that suits you

Pick the date and the window. You are not booked into a whole day.

  3. Where to find you

The address and a number to reach you on. Gate codes and lift access are worth adding here.

Have the model number to hand if you can find it — it is the difference between a part being on the van and a second visit. Our guide on where the model number hides covers the usual places.

Four steps,
and no surprises.

The three steps in the form are how you book. These four are what actually happens once a technician is standing in your kitchen.

01

Diagnose

The technician confirms what the appliance is doing rather than working from the description alone, and checks the cheap causes before the expensive ones.

02

Quote before any work

You are told what the repair is and what it costs before anything is authorised. If the answer is that the appliance is not worth repairing, you are told that too.

03

Parts

Common parts are carried. Anything model-specific is ordered against your model number, which is why having it ready shortens the whole process.

04

Repair and check

The repair is completed and the appliance is left running, with the fault confirmed gone rather than assumed gone.

Before the technician arrives

  • Leave the refrigerator as it is. A fault that has been reset is a fault nobody can see.
  • Clear the space in front of it, and the route from the door.
  • Note when it started and what changed — a power cut, a move, a new setting.
  • If there is a code on the display, write it down exactly. What a code is worth explains why the exact characters matter.

Mockup note. The form is mounted with a placeholder channel id that belongs to another site. RefrigeratorRepair.center needs its own before anything goes live.
